Responsible for the following aspects of the supply chain: sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base.
Duties:-

# Carrying out periodic stock checks.
# communicate company requirements, budget planning, and the company's investment plan to managers.
# Set the department strategy and, communicated to the key persons.
# Taking into account capacity and planning ahead accordingly.
# Implementing new processes and procedures.
# Plan the fleet capacity according expected sales out volume.
coordinate the whole procurement workflow in the respective of production & marketing plans.
prepare material planning based on the shut downs plan. while handling the logistics for foreign expertise.
Ensure continuous supplier on time delivery.
Negotiate vendor contracts make\buy analysis - conduct vendor evaluations.
Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability, and prepares market analysis reports.
Adheres to company policies, procedures and ethics codes, ensuring that they are implemented through the business.
Ensuring that all the rules and regulations of Health, safety & Environment Policy are included in all the maintenance plans.
Work request processing and planning & scheduling all the maintenance activities.
Preparing detailed execution schedule with all the requirements as mentioned in the scope of work to client for approval.
Shall analyze the schedule in each activity in the Maintenance & shutdown to identify any clash between jobs and resources.
Discuss with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering departments to determine their shutdown work scope. Ensures that all preventive and maintenance, inspection, recertification, repair, overhaul and modifications’ requirements are included in such scope of works and also discuss logic for any critical activity.
Preparing various levels of schedule for quick reference and finalising the execution plan in regards to the client’s milestone dates or requirements.
Ensures co-ordination between various divisions, sections and disciplines during overhaul execution, to ensure that all act in harmony for smooth execution of shutdown.
Prepares implementation programs using “PERT” planning techniques.
Analyzing the critical equipment in the schedule.
Follow ups of progress with management and client on daily progress meeting through progress reports.
Providing reports of valves and other major equipment in detailed for quick review through spread sheets.
Resolving any technical issues in regards to execution, manpower and equipment and any deviations with regards to the scope of work.
Attending managerial meetings for progress related and problem resolutions.
Monitoring the project / shutdown execution process and representing the Contractor during execution.
To perform a checklist of all the tasks executed with regards to commercial part of the contract.
Providing comprehensive final shutdown closeout report for evaluation and future reference
- Overall and Organizational Development through design work flow for each one in the department and, set the required training for his position.
- creat KPI for the team of Customer service and logistics.
- Maintain the stock level for more than 1000 SKU's by planning & ordering based on the deman plans.
- Managing the shipment plan for the finished products in North of Delta from P&G plants to our warehouse and from warehouses to Customers.
- Set the future plans for the department to come up with the company growth.
- Monitoring the company fleet and, ensure the best utilization.
- work to define the types of waste in the operation and set action plans to elemenated.
- Discus company requirements, budget planning, budget implementation and, the company's investment plan with the board of directors.

A. Maintenance:
Managing Maintenance Contracts Like Exxon-Mobil Egypt, Dow Med east, Total Egypt, shell marketing Egypt and miser for petroleum.
Performing Scheduled Maintenance within the client’s sites Including filling machine.
On-call Maintenance Including The Trouble shooting Of Breakdown, and recommending spare parts.
B. Project:
Planning, Managing and executing The Company’s new Projects Concerning Filling machines:
- Planning new Projects, Including Managing studies, diagrams, and
Cost breakdown sheets.
- Design and Test the PLC Programmes according to the
Requirements of the Project.
- Design and Execute Electrical Panels.
- Execution of projects, including managing team work according to
Applied safety Rules.
