اعمل الآن كرئيس قسم الدراسات العامة والذي يعنى بتدريس المواد الاجبارية للمتدربين ويقع تحت ادارتي 10 مدربين، وكذلك اعمل كمسؤول عن وحدة ضبط الجودة في الكلية، وكذلك معد للبرامج التدريبية في المؤسسة.
Work on the analysis of the needs of educational institutions and the preparation of training programs in the field of professional development for new teachers in the ministry as well as in-service teacher, including the preparation of development plans for schools and Learning Packages for teachers and develop performance within classrooms to ensure effective use of modern educational methods and the integration of modern technology in the learning process.
