Duties and responsibilities:

▪ Staff reporting to me: 2 leasing specialists, 1 Collection, 2 Accountants, 32 facility, 1 HR & admin.
➢ Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates, calculating overhead costs, depreciation, and profit
goals.
➢ Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity.
➢ Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
➢ Prepare annual budgets and income projections in a timely and accurate manner.
➢ Ensure that all rents and late fees/ charges are collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner

❖ Mall Manager (Al Qasr Mall ) Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Company KSA (Riyadh
Al Othaim Malls company is considered as one of the specialized companies in constructing and operating big
shopping malls in the international standards process of selecting the appropriate location and attracts
international and local brands, in addition to having specialized professionals in this field. Al Othaim owns 8
big shopping malls in KSA.
Duties and responsibilities:
▪ Reporting to Riyadh Regional Manager I was in-charge of Khurais mall and acting as mall manager.
▪ Staff reporting to me: 2 Operation Supervisors, 2 Asst. Operation Supervisors, 10 Maintenance, 25
Security, 40cleaners.
➢ Manage the over-all operational concerns of the mall including its physical management, safety and
Security, housekeeping, maintenance, waste management, pest control, and all soft management of the
Mall and its equipment and create and a check lists and procedures for all the operation works in the mall.
➢ Mange all over the activities and festivals in the mall including the soft and grand opening ceremonies.
➢ Helping in increasing mall traffic through effective marketing events that will also help create apositive
image.
➢ Provide leadership to the technical & operational staff in the Mall to achieve optimumperformance &
efficiency.
