Supporting the Engineering Section in a huge running facility upgrade project for the site of pharma industry.
• Preparation of Installation Qualification for 41 production equipment.
• Calibration check for the machines’ critical instruments and sensors.
• Qualification and calibration check for HVAC and infrastructures systems.
• Utilities and infrastructure verifications for the machines.
• Verify and revise the refurbished equipment for correct maintenance activities.
• Function Check for each machine functions, including simulation of the interlock, alarms, and pre-requisites for those functions.
