-With the following responsibilities:-
• Implement area TM&D plans which meet the objectives of the regional TM&D plans.
• Manage the implementation of area plans for merchandising and trade programs to achieve volume & distribution targets.
• Manage an effective area TM&D team (Distribution representatives) through on-job training, follow up, motivation and development to make sure that TM&D Rep. is superior to the FMCG’s Reps. in respect of both core and added value services.
• Manage brands distribution within the area to ensure that availability is maximized and in line with brand strategies and market needs by trade channel & outlet type.
• Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of support /loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.
• Manage financial accounts & assets for the area to ensure that trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
• Maintained growth sales and delivering oriented.
• Achieved the company goals in assigned region.
• Established, maintaining relationship with customers.
• Increased business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
• Recruiting and training and coach sales staff .
