Leading a team of 12 people and participating in the Upgrade of the software and the hardware for the Data Processor Unit of the Air Defense Anti-Tank System (ADATS). In charge of the ADATS Firing Analyzer project; Leading a team of 8 people and participating in the software development of the project. I received, in 2001, from the Canadian Forces a letter of recognition of my excellent service and support during the testing of the software on live firing in Alberta at the Canadian military base. Analyzing, designing and programming a simulator for the ADATS firing exercises using OpenGL and Vega simulation engine for the Department Of National Defense (DND). Analyzing and developing databases for inspection, training and Quality Cost estimating at Oerlikon Contraves (OC). I was also member of The Project Support Group; I was mainly in charge of collecting and analyzing software metrics and quality metrics. My mandate was to estimate the cost of quality at OC. I have also worked on a software client-server with a VB interface and an Access database back-end. I had to make a link between the Tank’s embedded system variables and the VB application. I am also a leader-inspector for an R&D project. My mandate is to lead and prepare inspections for all the deliverables of this project. I also prepared courses for Capability Maturity Model training.
