I am working as a Sales representative at RAZ industrial and general trade company, which involved in cutting tools, abrasives, hand tools such as machine maintenance and repair tools, general maintenance and building tools, in addition to power tools and fasteners.
My responsibilities as a sales representative at Raz co. are:
1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
2. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
3. • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
4. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
5. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
6. Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products.
7.Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Participates in trade shows and conventions.
