* Design company's partnership strategy for all of the 7 international brands such as Yo Sushi, Texas De Brazil, Hummingbird Bakery, California Pizza Kitchen, Dalloyau, and Panda Express.
* Create business development pipeline

1. Marketing:
• Manage all promotional activities (campaigns, materials, offers, events…etc.)
• Design and production of company’s publications (packaging, catalogues, flyers, pricelists…etc.)
• Branding of EBS & Grace (uniforms, letter-heads, business cards, trucks…etc.)
• Manage advertising, event planning and marketing communication activities
• Conduct market research & PR activities
• Manage marketing samples procedure & marketing tools inventory
• Design & follow up on our social media platforms: Website, Facebook, Instagram & Mobile App
• Establish & maintain our database of all products/brands
• Coordination of demos & events protocols
2. GRACE Branding & Export Sales:
• Create GRACE portfolio (range of products, product description (dimensions, ingredients, shelf-life, pictures), packaging, pricing…etc.
• Plan & implement merchandising activities (e.g. tasting surveys) required to measure product parameters in consumer’s market
• Develop & implement marketing initiatives e.g. campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs, sponsorships, events, photo shoots
• Drive business development: market study, selection, production & launch of new products
• Build & update database of competitive products in the marketplace
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams to ensure growth in terms of sales volumes
