Plus all my missions as IT Manager in 2018 the company management take the decision to open 4 hotels in Jeddah, and
promote me as IT Operation Manager with additional tasks including:
Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems -
PMS, Point of Sale - POS, Front Office-FO, IPTV, Key card, Telephony systems, Channel Manager, Booking engine, and
other software vendors.
Responsible for overseeing and handling (Booking.com, Expeida.com, Agoda.com) OTA Extranet, Including managing,
targetting, and offers.
Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX,
email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
Responsible for network infrastructure, including CAT5/6/9 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN,
domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications.
Prepare & Implement a Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
Manage leadership in the establishment of project scope, technical strategy, cost, budget and staff support
requirements with new IT initiatives.
Managing the Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring the regular daily backup is taken.
Identifying and implementing solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer
equipment.
Monitoring and maintaining a proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.
Keeping updated with the latest hotel technology and security risks on a regular basis.
Ability to perform other IT or Systems related tasks assigned by the management.
Ensuring high levels of customer service.
Responding courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and system users.
Networking fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration.
Direct, plan, assign and take the report from the IT team.
Maintaining system error/progress logbook and deals with reported problems.
Responsible to ensure that IT Audit points are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures
Part of the Pre-opening team in 2013, setting up the Information Technology Department for company operations.
Maintain responsibility for all activities related to design, distribution, implementation, troubleshooting, customer care,
and problem resolution for products developed in this division.
Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of daily, Monthly schedules for Patients using HMS, ORACLE
Database, ASP.net, ERP Software, and CRM.
Responsible for managing and streamlining the operation of the central IT department and ensuring alignment with the
business objectives and mission of the organization.
Effectively manage customization projects for high-profile clients.
Lead and directed all facets of small and large projects from conception through final implementation and roll-out of
systems.
Facilitate sales, training, and user presentations and meetings, as well as physician/nursing advisory groups, and assist
sales staff in presentation development and delivery.
Responsible for all Medical devices Connectivity with the Medical health records of the center.
lead the Center Electronic Health Record Implementation process as well as plan, coordinate, direct, and design all
operational activities of the Center IT department.
Direction and support for the Center IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations, and work closely
with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective
technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Designing and managing the company's website, adding electronic online payment services, adding a reservation
confirmation online system linked with the center's management system.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop the best e-marketing programs using Google Ads, Snapchat
Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads.
Prepare Policy & Procedures for the IT Department and for the user department.
Responsible to ensure that IT Audit points are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure IT Security Policies and implementation through regular staff training.
Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized Mainframe technology or
operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the Production scheduling, execution, and successful
completion of production jobs.
Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security Level.
Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals.
Tests programs.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or
escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
Maintains systems, databases and web pages.
Administers user accounts.
Designs and produces basic reports.
Sets up and submits production jobs and edits and debugs computer output.
Transfers computer files between platforms.
Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment
(E.g. microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers) and may assist with testing personal Computers and peripherals
on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software Problems.
Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or Initiating the resolution of
problems and concerns.
Arranges for distribution of output to customer.
Maintains records.
Responsible for all E-Marketing services for Ramachka ™.
Designing the main E-commerce website for Ramachka ™ using PHP (Wordpress)
(Ramachka is a Lebanese Trademark for Women fashion, accessories and it's apart from Awaeed Al Mostaqbal Co. in
Saudi Arabia)
