- Responsible for the execution of back office operations relating to Investments
- Prepare confirmation letters of trades and faxes them to clients.
- File correspondence of clients and insure KSE compliance.
- Liaise with front office on day to day activities
- Match amount due to / from KCC as per Company's records with KCC report on a daily basis. Also matches amounts due to/from other clearing and pay / receive entities.
- Reconcile the stock positions as per Company's records to KCC report on a daily basis. Also reconcile stock positions as per company's records with other clearing entities.
- Enter trade details into the portfolio management system.
- Updates stock prices into the system.
- Follows up on Capital increase, dividends (cash and bonus shares) received for clients and company

Responsibilties: ❖ Guide Investors about the various investment strategies which can fetch them great returns in the market.
❖ Completely follow for the major financial news.
❖ Keep an eye on the international stock markets along with the local stock market, as the market of a country can influence the trends of the other.
❖ Inform the investors about the various risks and sudden changes and fluctuations in the market.
❖ Give all the details of the rules and regulations of the market to clients.
❖ Express my opinions about the price at which one can buy the shares of a particular company, based technical analysis to the prices movement.
❖ Enter buy/sell orders directly to the stock market based on investors decision
❖ Assuring client's credit balance and credit stock before process execution.
❖ To enter the clients orders of purchase, sale, modify and cancel.
❖ Execute the operations in session with accurate and fast (X-stream)
❖ Report to client dates of the coupons which they deserve.
❖ Analysis movement of gold and the dollar's movement because of their effect on financial market.
