o Manage the KSA and Bahrain markets.
o Prepare region’s strategies and plans.
o Manage the different regional requirements of administrative affairs, national and international procurements.
o Develop the business flow
o Manage, control and plan the various sales matter and prospect in Regions, led to achieve the proposed sales
o Controlling Key accounts business.
o Build & manage Partners channels competence in the sales, support and maintained good relationships.
o Develop different opportunities directly and jointly with Partners.
o Responsible for the following products & solutions:
Microsoft products (Reseller)
McAfee products (Reseller)
GFI products (Distributor)
Multimedia solutions
Portals & Web applications solutions
o Service existing direct customers in order to ensure that the overall sales objectives for the region are met as per agreed sales plan
o Identify and develop potential direct customers in existing / new markets and launch new products as and when available in order to meet the sales plan objectives
o Identify and recommend resellers for branded products and develop established distributors in order to achieve sales targets for branded products
o Prepare and recommend sales forecast and sales plan and provide input for business planning so as to establish and agree sales plan and sales objectives for the region
o Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing trends, sales promotions and customers etc. in order to enable effective implementation of business plans
o Prepare agreements and promotions for the new & selective resellers.
o Responsible for different regions
o Operates in a highly competitive market with price sensitive markets due to the bulk / commodity nature of most of the products
o Recommend and advise management to give discount to selected customers in order to achieve sales targets
o Prepare offers, proposals and professional submittals to clients based on there needs and pains
o Managing projects life cycles (client requirements, subject matter, development, QA)
o Performing presentations, holding seminars & meetings with clients
o Leading & managing team members & e-learning resources
o Macromedia Authorware, Flash, and Director specialists
o Development for a number of computer based training such as Thunderbirds university “Global Negotiation Course”, Al-Balqa’a University “Practical Studies in Business English and Letter Writting”, and working in Banking libraries courses such as “Stock Exchange course”, “Foreign Exchange course”
o Development for a number of manuals for Union National Bank (UNB) in UAE such as Internal audit administrative manual, Credit Policy manual and Technical audit manual
o Internal ISO editor
o Leading Department of Land & Survey team in two multimedia courses
o Macromedia Authorware, Flash, and Director specialists
