Job Description:
Daily meeting with manager to describe current job status.
Getting job orders from the sales department for new jobs and sample requirements.
Assigning jobs to the Designers and explaining the requirement.
Authorizing sheet size for minimum wastage of paper or board.
After creation of design and layout, cross checking with customer needs.
Submitting mockup sample, dummy sample and colour proof to Quality department.
Co-coordinating with quality and sales department.
Approve keyline and send to die making section with all required information.
Checking the output file prior sending for printing.
Weekly one to one discussion with graphic designers for resolving any existing problems.
Graphic Designers Job Description:
Making samples for folding & corrugated packaging materials such as foods, pharmaceutical, hygienic, beverages etc.
Creation of Carton styles such as crush lock bottom, push lock bottom, side seam, flat supply, erector and tuck lock, 4 corner gluing, 6 corner gluing, Clamshell, French fries etc.
Creation of designs for paper products such as coffee cup, buckets, Popcorn cup, Ice cream cup, Salad Bowl etc.
Packaging structural design (Die cut), 3D presentation and Carton mockup and dummy sample.
Using Esko software packages for prepress.
Making samples in Kongsberg Cutting Table.

Artwork creation in various Languages, as per country standards and counterfeiting with Bar Code creation, print margin, text layout, Varnish(Matt, Gloss, Satin), Embossing, Coin reactive Ink, White layer etc…
Designing layout as per Pack Management standards.
Creating mockups and presentations as per requirement.
Page layout, Logo Designing.
Photo Retouching
Creating Artwork for pharmaceutical companies like GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, UCB, Stiefel, Dr. Reddy’s, Mergs, Aspen, Viiv, Aspharma, Consumer health etc…
Designing Pharma products like Augmentin, Lamictal, Colpol, Crocin, Panadol, etc.
Designed Consumer products like Sensodyne, Eno, Paradontox, Corega, Horlicks etc.
