RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responding to all phone enquiries promptly, courteously and in a friendly manner.
•Checking all the Queues daily without failure and update client
accordingly, to avoid cancellation of bookings due to time limits.
•Maintained the highest quality of customer service during calls, deal tactfully to resolve customer complaints, compliments, and inquiries, and followed appropriate company procedures.
•Relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
•Excellent project management and priority-setting skills
•Effectively handling customer’s queries fare quote, reissue-Ticketing, and all other travel related services. Ensure all bookings & reservations are processed accurately.

•Manage calendars by effectively prioritizing requests for meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
•Making regular telephone calls to clients to update them on new products and services while at the same time work towards constantly improving working relationships.
•Maintaining, Correspondence drafting and acknowledging in accordance with client, supervision, and management consultants
•Register all incoming and outgoing documents, other correspondences and updated all scanned documents are well managed for easy tracking like site master.
