Overseas Recruitment:
• From 2014-2016 recruited 4000 blue collar workers from overseas and successfully mobilized them within a month period.
• Coordination and identification of workforce requirement of business, liaise with operation team and management.
• Identification and selection of best overseas recruitment agencies, finalizing the MOU and service fee structure with agencies.
• Leading the recruitment delegate team, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries and promoting company brand.
• Responsible for arranging visa, medical, accommodation and travel of selected candidates.
• Monitoring the Agencies on Performance basis, collecting the debit notes from the agencies.
• Responsible for providing office management services. This includes maintaining and supervising office staff and maintaining office records.
• Managing and controlling the contract development process and payments of each consulting agreement.
• Maintaining up-to-date filing systems (manual and electronic) to ensure provision of accurate information and effective storage and quick retrieval.
• Responsible for preparing the confidential and sensitive Board meeting reports and all related documents.
Administration:
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
