All leased was in charge of renovation in identifying what needed to be renovated plus appointing a consultant and contractor managing the renovation budget, leased all shops by targeting mix tenants such as, bank, clinic, hypermarket and other international and local brand names.

Leasing and property management over 90 Residential and commercial buildings in Makkah and Jeddah leading a team in maintaining all properties, leasing and seeking new business opportunities for future development.
Engaged with international & local engineering consultants to develop multi urban and mixed use projects such as Residential and commercial schemes in Makkah, Madenah, Riyadh and Jeddah and identifying the best use, coordinating with local government agencies to obtain needed approvals.
Engaged with international & local hotel operators to name a fe - Ramada, Meridian, Elaf etc.. And analyze the best operator to the interest of the stake holder and project.
