Conforms that, the works are properly inspected at the required stages as stated in ITP or as required by client.
Ensures that all material and equipment to be purchased and incorporated into the permanent installation of
project are in compliance with the contract, plan, PTS and standard.
Maintain quality records such as logbook of the work performed, QA/QC Weekly report, Internal inspection
report, Non-Conformance report (NCR).
Preparation of quality related documents like ITP, MOS, Checklist PQI, QA/QC weekly report.
Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals and accolades along with profiles of vendors, external /
third party or independent agencies.
QMS implementation Project Quality Inspection, Quality related activities and its coordination to Client /
consultant and vendors Inspections.
Verification of test results, reporting and recommendation to Project Manager for necessary actions
Project: Construction of ZARGA-2 132/13.8 KV Substation

• Dailydone by Site inspection and checkstep by step allcivil worksactivitiesOngoing, which including layout,
Excavation, Site Grading, Leveling, and Structural.
• Make Ensure that Site Construction Work iscarried out in accordance (PTS)Approved Drawings,
Specifications and Quality Plans and meets Contractual requirements.
• Raised the (RFI) request as per ITP for inspection, resolvingany unexpected technical difficulties and other
problems that may arise. Before submit the request forconsultant done I site Inspection (RFI).
• Ensured that the surveillance inspections are conducted on the project recording; documented the deviations from the Project Quality Plan.
• Settingout the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.
• Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs.
• Checkingmaterials and work in progressforcompliance with the specified requirements.
• Resolving technical issueswith employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports, daily site reports.
