•Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
•Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
•Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
•Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
•Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
•Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
•Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
•Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
•Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
•Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics

Successful Project :
- Finalize new project (recruit more 1, 000 candidate in east region for our new project in East) “ABC company”.
- Recruit more than 90 candidates for high senior positions for the new company “ABC".
Manpower planning, calculation & needs Analysis and increasing the Saudization
percentage. And observe Saudization and relationship teams for Saudis. My
subordinates are 5 so far and we expanding to matching and covering the needs.
Successful Project:
Increasing the Saudization percentage from 19% to above 30% within 3 months.

-Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
-Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
-Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;
-Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff;
-Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
-Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
-Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
-Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts.
-Arranges and assists in the planning of recruitment trips as per the manpower plan.
-Submit candidate's offers and follow up on software until placing.
-Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
-Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
-Support HRMS with weekly update on recruitment progress.
