Key Responsibilities:
Project Development and Contracting:
* Hold meetings with consultants and the management to finalize technologies and designs to be implemented.
* Define specification to be included in the technical bid documents for hydrocracker and diesel hydrotreater units in
consultation with technical consultants.
* Float enquiries to globally accredited engineering, projects and construction contractors to call in quotations.
* Scrutinize tender documents to verify technically and commercially valid offers and shortlist eligible contractors.
* Negotiate most competitive prices to finalize commercially acceptable contracts.
* Prepare contract documents and award contracts for scheduled project works.
Project Execution:
* Review delivery schedule of the major plant equipment to ensure on time completion.
* Coordinate with project team and contractors to receive shipments and commence site preparation activities.
* Arrange for material storage facilities, and obtain utilities supply to site (electricity and water).
* Ensure commissioning and testing of equipment and machinery in hydrocracker and diesel hydrotreater plants.
* Finalize changes, modifications and amendments to the EPC contract if necessitated at any stage of the project.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates about project progress.

Commended by the management for achieving cost savings of $ 21 million by implementing new and efficient technologies.
* Recognized by the management for completion of project data book for both the units in less than 9 months.
