 Ensure installation, calibration, and repair work is carried out for mechanical devices and systems to be deployed in the projects.

 Carry out rigorous testing for all installed machinery and systems and ensure that identified defects are rectified.


 Arrange training sessions for construction staff related to the use of machines and other equipment and provide ongoing support.

 Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and establish protocols for maintenance of systems after project. completion.


 Prepare and share engineering status reports with requisite stakeholders.

 overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments. Develop studies to help reducing operation/ maintenance costs & submitting regular analysis report of maintenance costs.

 Leading a team of 30 collogues & conduct frequent visit with the team.


 Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for each project. Reviewing any designs submitted by contractor.

 Chair & Lead progress meetings with contractors to proactively manage the project and mitigate any issues

- Develop, prepare and provide assistance for all drawings & documentation follow up from internal departments / vendors / customer. Build strong relations and
communicate continuously with all parties.

- Prepare, recommend, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering project and KPI's for the facility.

- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Chief Engineer to provide assistance and technical support.

- Financial Analysis, Report Writing, Presentation, contribute to the development and creation of new policies and standards.

- Lead the weekly meeting of the department with a team of 30 team members and participate in external meetings.

- Maintaining project safety awareness and enforce company safety policy.

- Assist in the performance of preventive maintenance activities, and the maintenance of related records and logs. Work with project teams to understand, refine and prioritize their research needs.

- Gather necessary information of source and analyze the finding.

- Prepare periodical reports related to the Facilities activities and works including maintenance, contracts, existing programs.

- change the exterior logo of the company
- install new water heaters for the property
- Change the main ropes for elevators for safety projects
