• Increase and maintain existing market share by creating innovative products and services.
• Enhance existing system features and create new business opportunities.
• Ensure the existing/new products should align with Bank AlBilad & (Enjaz Division) strategy pillars.
• Managing team members and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of unit systems, processes and practices.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Managing the projects in Microsoft Project management.

• Identifying the problems in existing system (Globus T24) and providing solutions proactively thru development & Enhancement (Globus T24).
• Create Business Ideas and prepare feasibility study
• Prepare Documentation (CRI, CR, RFP, ECR)
• Holding weekly internal /external meeting on progress.
• Managing with IT team to ensure that all milestones are achieved with agreed timeframes.
• Assisting technical team in their design and development tasks.
• Final production evaluation.
• Analyzing competitors strategies, market behavior.
• Prospect for potential new products and turn this into increased business
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
