• Reviewing, approved and monitored execution of action plans prepared by the Marketing Executive and Sales Managers.
• Recommending the needed training of subordinates and evaluated the outcomes of training courses in coordination with the concerned Human Resources personnel.
• Approaching new sales opportunities and conducting sales presentations, after sales services, company representations, developing promotional materials, branding and many more.
• Planning, developing, coordinating and supervising business, sales and marketing efforts for Group and providing business development input as required at the corporate/project level.
• Identifying and prioritizing key market opportunities and suggesting market entering and exiting strategies. This includes developing case studies, feasibility studies and business plans for the proposed business opportunities.
• Defining marketing business plan in light with the overall strategy.
• Preparing and executing business development action plans for specific targets and identifying opportunities for improvements within Group and its undergoing projects.
• Managing the database of potential investment opportunities and maintaining all necessary and useful information.
