▪ I oversaw the entire implementation process of the HR, ERP system by ensuring that it was successfully implemented from start to finish.
▪ Created an app that automatically generates salary certificate letters from our employee database. It saves time and reduces errors, making life easier for everyone in the company.
▪ Streamlined the recruitment life cycle by developing integrated systems, resulting in an annual cost savings of approximately 35, 000 SAR. The new systems automated various tasks, reducing manual workloads and increasing efficiency in the recruitment process.
▪ As a super user of the HR ERP system, I was responsible for all aspects of the system including workflow approvals, policy creation and management, payroll processing, and more. Through my expertise and attention to detail, I ensured that the system was running smoothly and effectively supported the needs of the organization.

Leveraged my negotiation skills and industry expertise to secure a better deal for the organization, resulting in improved benefits for our employees while reducing overall costs.
▪ Assisted the CEO in planning, developing and coordinating the provision of human resources services; Oversaw government relation program.
▪ Prepared payroll to ensure employees were paid on time and correctly; Handled bonus and compensation program.
▪ Managed all employee benefits, including insurance, fitness, care, loans, and wellness programs; Responsible for tracking employee absences and benefit eligibility.
▪ Coordinated all aspects of the recruitment process and life cycle, including recruitment strategy, screening, selecting, conducting assessments, interviews, offers and the on-boarding process.

Setting up the Company from A to Z by dealing with the all government sectors, such as (SAGIA, CR, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality License, Ministry of Labor, GOSI). Recruit the first start up team of the company and assist them to ensure all the processes, operations and producers are followed and met.
