It was a huge group of companies, we were manage only Mr
Dubai, Satwa area, it was a small size of Establishments, we got too many projects
of AMERICAN REAL ESTATE in Dubai, Al Dheyafa Road, it was a medium size of companies. We were mange residential & commercial Buildings and Villas in Dubai & north emirates.
Key Responsibilities in Adel Buadail Trading:
• Support the Chairman in strategic matters including developing & implementing financial plans, contracts with third parties and strategic partners for joint ventures.
• Spearhead Corporate Planning & support underneath affiliates in developing business plans & reviews to ensure harmonization of their targets with company objectives.
• Implement programs that include marketing, sales, purchasing, finance, safety, employee education.
• Take on primary responsibility for efficient, cost-effective facility operations.
• Review financial and operating reports.
• Implement effective sales, marketing & pricing strategies to develop business by increasing sales and revenues.
•Manage the day-to-day activities of the facility, overseeing that work is accomplished by the managers and supervisors, and that it is consistent with corporate policies and objectives.
•Development of sourcing strategies, encompassing vendor identification, development and logistics to strengthen commercial operations.
• Preparing debtor reconciliation statements and analysis.
• Regularly contact suppliers to renegotiate prices, continuously monitor, and improve supplier performance.
• Prepare the Tax plan for the EST. & ensure filing of returns for timely completion of assessment & statutory compliance.
• Evaluate internal control systems and procedures; prepare audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings in existing plans and implement necessary recommendations.
• Synchronize business management decisions with prudent financial requisites to achieve pragmatic results.
• Recruit professionals for key designations, provide essential training and develop cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of required work.
Key Responsibilities in Royal House Real Estate, Golden Gate Real Estate and Ghadeer general Maintenance and Decoration:
•Re-established the establishment.
•All system putting for the est. and for all division and staff.
•Market studies, future planning.
•Getting new investments & manage all the staff.
Key Responsibilities in American Real Estate:
•Location studies, making quotations for new properties.
•Marketing for the vacant and new properties.
•Management the security, watchmen & maintenance staff.
•Co-ordinate with the G.Manager in market analyses & planning.
