•SCOPE OF WORK:
-Maintain & Update the time schedules, Progress Measurement System & Resources histograms.
-Monitoring time Schedule for all Works in the site using Control Sheet, S-Curve & Programmed software. (Primavera P6).
-Providing measurements weekly/monthly productivity of the project construction of the field stuff compared with the amounts of work.
-Follow up the work Progress & compare it with the planned to grantee best performance for the project executions to highlight in case of deviation.
-Trending & forecasting costs & work hours required to complete the project.
-Providing revised time schedules.
-Maintain recovery plan to compensate the slippage if any as a fast tracking or crashing.
-Preparing & review of the projects budget & Cost. (Materials, Subcontractors, Manpower (Internal/External), Equipment).
-Review Stuff transfer according to budget and cost centers.
-Follow up project's requisitions.
-Preparation of variation orders request.
-Preparation CTR considering productivity rates and nature of the work.
-Prepare delay analysis study for the project and full support analysis for claims for EOT with all supporting documents

•PROJECT: Zubair Permanent Power Generation Plant (ZPPG), 319MW (3x GT13E2+1 spare GT) + BOP for 600MW on full EPC basis.
•LOCATION: AL ZUBAIR, Southern area of Iraq, 20 km from Basra city.

•SCOPE OF WORK: -
-Monitoring & Control the Master Time Schedule (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
-Update the Time Schedule with Actuals and forecast plan in close coordination with construction manager/team.
-Create S-Curves for Progress of Concrete, Steel Structural, GRE Pipes, cable pulling in close coordination with engineering team.
-Monitor & update manpower & equipment for best maneuvering to achieve the project in high performance.
-Develop / update the DRAFT progress measurement system.
-Attend the daily/weekly & monthly Progress Meeting. (7 non-technical Building, 3 technical building, 10 steel structure building, 7 tanks, GRE, CS, SS Pipes, 4 Gas Turbines with their BOP, 4 diesel generators)
