Duties and responsibilities:
• Top 100 companies relationship management (retail perspective).
• marketing retail products to corporates employees.
• Coordination with branches and direct sales to improve sales portfolio.
• Designing promotion offers and tie-ups.
• CAB sales enhancement.
• Identify activities of other banks with companies to create potential opportunities.
• Promoting real-estate, personal finance and car leasing products.

The earlier position:
A director of sales for all personal finance products and to all segments of society . For the Central Region and the Northern region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the Sales and Marketing operation for my area, thereby achieving increased growth.
* Identifying new customers and develop marketing plans build customer preference.
* Leading, Training and motivating a team of 4 Supervisors and 60 Salesmen of given task.
* Training the staff in handing the customers' needs and ensure to support them in achieving the volumes.

Highlights:
Through my work in the bank for the previous two years I was able to raise the portfolio of direct sales of 250 million riyals to currently 850 million Saudi riyals.
