* Overseeing the Sales and Marketing operation for my area, thereby achieving increased growth.

* Leading, Training and motivating a team of 4 Supervisors and 60 Salesmen of given task.
* Training the staff in handing the customers' needs and ensure to support them in achieving the volumes.
Highlights:
Through my work in the bank for the previous two years I was able to raise the portfolio of direct sales of 250 million riyals to currently 850 million Saudi riyals.
For my Prior experience and accomplishments in the northern region, the management in the Company applies me to improving and expanding region sales in the southern region

At the beginning of launching the company sales regions strategy at 1998, SCC divided the kingdom to 5 sales regions, one of them is Qassim & North sales region. So the company at that time nominated me to apply the plans and strategies of creation of the sales region system. I established number of branches on region wise to provide the wholesales, and projects sales to the local customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Planning and control the region sales sections activities, ( wholesale, projects sales and area branches sales) to achieve the region target In all sales sections.
- Visiting the region branches and wholesale Clients checking their sales and their needs
- Improve region Sales and expanding the customer base
Responsible for auditing and verify payments for pensions retirees of the southern region to assure implementation procedures and policies in the southern region branches accordance with the policies and procedures required by the Public Institution Agency .
