Working in Customized Research (Quantitative) division of Nielsen in KSA based in Riyadh.
-Analyzing the final data, creating and delivering final presentation in various different formats.
Developing appropriate research designs/proposals based on a clear understanding of the customers strategic business issues
-Clients include various industry leading organizations such as Supreme Commission for Tourism, (SCTA), Abdullatif Al Issa group ((Best rent car, Auto Star and Al Yuser Installment Company.), Al-Rajhi Takaful (Insurance), Yasser E-Governance, etc.
-Areas of research include but not limited to; Concept Testing (services and tangible goods), Brand Health/Equity Measurement, Usage & Attitude studies, Customer Satisfaction, Mystery Shopping Exercises etc

-Part of Nielsen’s Client Servicing team, aiming to continuously ensure that clients make us the research consultants of choice via our superior client servicing skills.
-Working on various different Nielsen proprietary research models as well as pure customized Consumer Research
Managing research projects from the RFP to the final presentation.
Duties include:
-Interacting with the client, extracting and understanding the marketing issues lying behind the request for proposal
-Developing a suitable research program that captures the appropriate client needs. Proposing and commissioning the final proposal
-Delivering key insights to the client on their strategic issue at hand that will assist them in their decision making process
-Leveraging Nielsen’s worldwide database of industry norms and standards to make important recommendations that will form the basis of the client’s strategic choices.
* Handled public relations by dealing with new business buyers such as hospitals by answering their quotation related queries and so on
* Ensured continuity of medical supplies as coordinator
* Participated in designing of sales strategy and reward point to the guests through (HOLIDEX) and priority club
* Attended to guest queries and ensured guest comfort
* Answered phone calls from potential customers
* Handled cash box, receipts, and so on
