Customer Service Assistant

I'm responsible for handling all activities related to the reception area; I'm usually the first point of contact with a caller or visitor and shall contribute to projecting a positive image of the TRA.

Job responsibilities included:
• Create and maintain a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting all visitors as well as licensees and employment candidates; provide required help and information to them, as required.
• To provide a full and professional reception service including the efficient handling of all incoming telephone calls and relaying of information, and ensure that all visitors to TRA offices are welcomed by a well-organized and well-presented reception area.
• Answer incoming telephone in a professional and courteous manner; transfer or take messages.
• Provide standard information and directions to visitors as well as distribute calls and take accurate detailed messages.
• In case of licensees, verify documents and ensure that the documentation is complete; forward documents to the relevant person in the Spectrum Management department.


• Operate the e-Dirham Payment machine to collect payment for license issued; hand over a copy of the receipt to the finance department on a daily basis.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail; coordinate with courier agency for mail pickup and delivery.
• Receives CVs from Job applicants and forward the same to the HC department.
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms booking for business meetings, including set up and clean up.
• Arrange and order catering for meetings and Authority events.
• Validate parking tickets.
• Assist members of the Administration team on special projects and other duties as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Customer Services Supervisor or Head of Administration Department.
• Adhere to the department policies relating to the administration function.
• To provide an excellent telephone support service to customer, with an aim of developing a professional and reliable relationship with our customer.
