In my role as the Assistant Vice President of Client Engagement, I was responsible for proactively developing, implementing, and directing the transformation of a Client Engagement Department. I was charged with the objectives of establishing an overall growth strategy for the company. My role played an integral part in accelerating the financial growth by leading a strategy and initiating new client partnerships. My primary achievement in my role as an Assistant Vice President of Client Engagement included:

• Led and managed the process for establishing a Client Engagement Department. The process included:
o Establishing vision, mission, guidelines, policies and procedure for the department
o Defined and established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Client Engagement Department
o Led the effort, with the HR Department, for defining job descriptions, roles and responsibilities for Account Managers and other positions for the Client Engagement Department
o Representative of the client engagement department in Tamkeen sought and achieved professional certifications with the following:

Identity Management and Electronic Documents Business Line Executive at Technology Control Co. (TCC)

As the Head of the Identity Management and Electronic Document Business Line, Accountable for 25 Full Time Employees through 6 direct reports. Provided fiscal, strategic and operational leadership to increase productivity and improve operating results. Revamped internal policies and procedures, managed and organized staff and implemented best practices in support of continuous improvement.
• Delivered 500 Million SAR businesses for the Ministry of Interior- National Information Center (NIC) to manage the biometric identity of all citizens, expats and visitors for criminal and civilian functions.
• Delivered 400 million SAR businesses for the Ministry of interior- National Information Center (NIC) to establish and manage the electronic identity and credentials of all Citizens and residents. The delivered Program established NIC as the identity provider (IDP) which offered government and private sectors to utilize the established services to securely and quickly identify their customers.
• Delivered 300 Million SAR businesses for the Ministry of interior- National Information Center (NIC) to deliver the Saudi identity Card and its supporting solutions that includes the new generation of ID cards design, production and personalization with state-of-the-art physical security features and electrical smart card applications.
• Negotiated and secured contracts with leading international biometric companies for exclusive rights to sell and jointly develop business solutions estimated at 50 Million SAR.
• Increased Profit Margin by 15% for all product and services sold.
• Established a new business section to manage the scouting and exploring of emerging client needs to identify opportunities for developing structured replicable products for effective go to market initiatives.
• Established procedures to manage and control engagement with prospect clients and to develop responsive technical and business proposals. The new procedures promote and maximize the conversion rate along the pipeline funnel.
• Established business strategy for the development of Identity Management Business Line to manage bid plans and synergizing internal and external efforts to yield responsive and competitive proposals.
• Established a team and secure resources to ensure solid successful delivery of services in the Identity Management Business Line to implement solution that are fully compliant with the terms of the contracted work and ensure on-schedule and on budget deliveries.
• Established a team and secured resources to ensure continuous development of products and services within the identity management area through setting processes for business use cases, developing a Proof of Concept (PoC) utilizing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in preparation for the Product and Services releases.

Details: MOI has produced the current Saudi ID with a smart chip which contains different applications. There are also plans to produce smart resident cards. The project objectives are to enable the use of the smart card applications in facilitating the daily services for both citizens & residents specially in the eGovernment domain. Additionally, build the development capabilities within NIC to develop, maintain & support current & future applications & supporting tools

Details: The project objectives were to purchase a stock of our current ID2 card. Additionally, design & provide prototypes of different MOI produced documents like the new generation of the ID cards, New Family cards, New Iqama & Iqama family cards & new driving license cards confirming to the latest physical & digital security features available & approved in the market

Details: MOI produces different documents to citizens & residents such as Birth/Death Certificates, IDs, Passports Family Cards, DLs & Iqamas. The project objectives were to build a card management system that manages all MOI produced documents through its life cycle from order through production, personalization & usage till its destruction. The other main component is the central printing site in NIC premises to produce these different documents
