Core Accountabilities:
- Building an effective relationship with Director/s of owned Business Unit/s to identify and challenge on key areas of risk management.
- Providing a holistic and independent opinion on the risk effectiveness within the Business Unit(s).
- Being a key stakeholder of the Business Unit/s leadership team, able to influence and contribute to the- overall business strategy and objectives.
- Proactively identifying and influencing on the core assurance activities based on the current and future- risk profile of Business Unit/s
- Challenging areas of mitigation or control weakness and influencing the priorities of the Business Unit/s
- Educating the Business Units/s leadership team and facilitating the identification and proactive- management of their regulatory responsibilities
Leadership:
- Leading and influencing key stakeholders within your Business Unit (s).
- Deputizing for Director, Operational Risk Specialists as well as across other areas of OR Division, where- necessary
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the three Lines of Defense (e.g. Group Risk, Internal Audit) to identify, share and implement best practices across the organization.
Key Objectives:
- Provide opinion on the risk profile for Business Unit/s focusing on areas of materiality.
- Challenging the control environment across Business Unit/s and providing thought leadership any required improvements to ensure its effective design and operation
- Participate in the management of Business Unit/s relationships with Internal/External Audit, ensuring all High-Risk Audit Issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Foster a risk aware culture within Business Unit/s ensuring adequate training and risk expertise is provided across their operations.
- handling all Alrajhi Bank Insurance coverage for BBB, D&O, Property All Risk and Cyber
- Ensure regular "deep dive" and scenario risk reviews are undertaken within Business Unit/s
- Contribute on third-party risk management, and risk assessment and facilitating and partnering across the bank ensuring appropriate risk activities are completed to manage the risk exposures related to third-party service providers.
- Taking care for all of the kingdom branches and operation to serving 600 customer in a day
- review and improve the process in the branches

- Handling Motor Claims operations team along with supervising FNOL units.
- Writing the re-engineered process of Motor Claim procedures.
- Doing all statistical reports for Motor including portfolio analysis.
- Supervising the Motor Production and Claims Processes, Procedures, Software Development, productivity and market overview.
- Prepare Dashboards for Motor units.
- Designing a new software that tracks all processes within the Motor team.
- Train all Motor Claim staff for both, Production and Claims handling.
Responsible for supervising operations within an insurance practice. Manages adjusters, investigators, and appraisers. Insures claims are processed in a timely manner and resolves issues that arise during process. Primary responsibilities
