Produced reports regarding customer complaints, non-conformities, fulfillment of KPIs, or quality trends. Coordinated with Manufacturing, Marketing, Engineering, and R&D in new product localizations. Sustained and promoted a safe work environment and mentored/coached team members towards a "best in class" high-performance organization.
