During my work journey in Esoul I held many positions and participated in all business processes and learn how to increase the possibility of achieving successful projects through list of actions like:
- Evaluate lead, study the lead with sales and presales teams to justify if it matches company mission and serve company vision.
- Prepare Projects papers works for approval ( Project Plan, MS, RFQ, RFI, MIR, RFC, SLA, ...)
- Work to generate the project charter.
- Work closely with PM to initiate and plan the project.
- Develop a prioritization list of the projects.
- Develop projects Risk plans and recommended actions.
- Follow up with other company departments to prepare project resources in time like
Procurement, Technical Engineering, and HR.
- Follow up with Design team to finalize and approve all needed Single Line Diagram, Design
drawing, and Shop drawing in time.
- Follow up projects execution through daily operation with PM’s to ensure work on track.
- Ensure effectively of communication plan with Stakeholders.
- Work with my colleagues in PMO to monitor projects through list of KPIs and Milestones.
- Ensuring projects alignment, on time and successful delivery.
- Develop progress reports facilities decision making for higher management.
- Ensure that PM’s follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and
instructions.
- Ensure project close out phase executed upon project approved plan.
- Transfer project team to new project when needed.
- Sign agreements and partnerships with supplier.
- Follow up execution of need training from my team.
- Transfer the ownership of deliverables after training operator team.
- Obtain financial, legal, and administrative closure.
- Collate lessons learned & archive project documents and materials.
- Update company CoE periodically for employees reference.

- Electrical systems MV ( Transformer, RMU, MVSG ) & LV systems.
- IT Infrastructure & Data center Preparation & pre-staging :IT infrastructures system
- (Active Cisco Solution in Data center & IDF & Passive cabling CAT6a & Fiber solution
system), OSP & NOC room.
- Lighting: LED Decorative poles, LED bollards, LED professional lighting, decorative lighting,
and Façade light.
- low current systems: CCTV, IPTV, IP Telephony, Wireless Network, Public Address, Voice
Evacuation, Master Clock system, Fire Alarm System, Audio visual, Time Attendance.
- Smart Control Systems: BMS BACnet/ TCP IP & KNX(control and/or monitor HVAC,
Electrical Power Panels, Elevators, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ...... ), GRMS, Smoke
Management System, and light control system ( DALI System).
- UPS System: Central UPS system for Emergency light & Emergency ELV systems.

Responsible for manage all Central & East areas IT Infrastructure projects (Network, Data Center, and Low Current Security Systems).
Work for Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or
objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by
performing the project duties personally.

MOT-Install load balancer and firewall system (F5 & Stone Gate), Location: Riyadh
MOI-Implement NOC room, CCTV system, and HP EVA storage system, Location: Riyadh
Work for Data centres & Low current systems design, installation, test& commissioning and handover. I was a part from a team our goal is to design and implement data centers, install servers and storage, and install Security core systems. Work with OSP team for fiber connection and links to connect main data center room to all IDF rooms to test & commissioning security systems.

work for Low current systems & AV design & build solution to support sales team during technical meeting with clients like Video conference system, Streaming systems, Audio conference system, Audio visual systems, CCTV systems & Public address systems.
