Strategic:
1. Prepare annual manpower and assets.
2. Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and take corrective measures as appropriate.
3. Recommend strategies to enhance performance of business unit by reducing cost and optimizing efficiency levels.
Operational:
1. Oversee working of Delivery section, to ensure delivery of zero error vehicles to customers.
2. Design and implement appropriate workflow system after mapping the various Delivery processes.
3. Schedule the working hours of employees, assign tasks such as vehicle inspection, Receiving and installation of license plates and proper parking at Delivery centres on daily basis.
4. Follow up with PDI to ensure units are ready on time for delivery.
5. Ensure all ready units are delivered within 3 working days.
People Management:
1. Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
2. Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
3. Plan and organize training for Staff with regard changes or introduction of new car models.
4. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
5. Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
6. Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.
1.Handling a fleet of 2000 vehicles under the U.S.Army contract & various other companies.
2.Administration & Execution of Contracts, Vehicles deliveries within the specified dates, End of contract vehicles, Extensions/Modifications of contracts.
3.Responding to RFQ and Solicitations from companies. Preparation of Technical specifications & Price Offers. Submission on due date & follow up for award.
4.Identifying prospective clients from various sectors and generating business from the existing, thereby achieve business targets.
5.Preparing & compiling of various claims for submission to the Govt. as per the terms & conditions of the contract.
6.Invoicing, follow-up for payments collection from individuals & corporate clients.
7.Maintaining utilization by monitoring vehicles in garage for Maintenance & Damage repairs and de-fleeting/releasing idle vehicles.
8.Supervision over the business location and the Drivers.
9.Understanding the customer requirement and offering appropriate rental/leasing solution.
10.Explaining the Terms and conditions of R&L and Prices.
1.Operations Management for the Exports.
2.Costing & Preparing Quotations.
3.Finalizing Export Documentations (As per L.C. or Purchase order).
4.Verifying the Letters of Credit from various customers.
5.Dealing with overseas customers (USA, Europe & GCC).
6.Marketing and Promotions of Fasteners (USA, Europe & GCC).
