Directs Distribution and warehousing activities of HAMAD A. ALESSA & Sons Riyadh Central Warehouse by performing the following roles personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Overall management and safe keeping of all inventories and logistics of Riyadh Warehouse.

§ Manage and coordinates activities of workers engaged in Crating, Moving, and Storing the Company Inventory Items.(Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics and Spare Parts)


§ Manage and coordinates activities of Transportation Operations to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel.

§ Manage inventory levels in each area to meet the sales targets.

§ Manage and coordinate distribution of the incoming shipments.

§ Maintain update documentation relating to stock movement.

§ Work closely with the Area Managers and warehouses to assist in achieving the Targets and Objectives for the Distribution and Warehousing Units.

§ Monitor stock levels in each area aginst the forecast and redistribute the products between the warehouses as required.

§ Distribute the incoming stock to areas as required in co-ordination with the purchase department.

§ Maintain uptodate and accurate documentation including RPLs, Maintaining Deliveries, etc. in the system.

§ Notify Purchasing immediately in case of any deviation from GRN and/or packing list. Also notify any shortage/excess/damage in each shipment in the prescribed form to Purchasing.

§ Assist the Warehouse Operations and Distribution Manager as well as the Riyadh warehouse supervisor in the day to day functions of the warehouse or any other assignments given from time to time.

1. يطور خطة عمل وموازنة الشركةَ السنويةَ بالتوافق مع اتجاه الشركة الإستراتيجيِ.
2. يطور ويوصي بخطةً متكاملةً لرفع حصةَ الشركة في السوق وزيادة الربحيةَ.
3. يخطط نشاطات الشركة التسويقية والترويجية وذلك لتحسين صورةِ الشركةَ وزيادة المبيعات.
4. يضع أهداف الشركة ويحدد طرق وإجراءات تحقيق مثل هذه الأهداف.
5. يطور خطط تسعير مستندة على تحليل السوق والمنافسين وخطط التسويق.
6. يضع أهدافاً للشركة ويعمل على تحقيق هذه الأهداف عن طريق المراقبة المباشرة لعمليات كل قسم.
7. يضمن بأن عمليات الشركةَ مطابقة للّوائح والأنظمة المعتمدة، ويكون مسئولا عن ضمان تنفيذ الاتفاقيات التعاقدية للشركة مع الغير.
8. يراجع ويُدقّق بشكل دوري إجراءات العمل التي يتبعها مدراء الأقسام، ويتأكد بأنها مطابقة للمعايير المعتمدة في الشركة ويوصي بالتحسينات اللازمة.
9. يحلل الصفقات المحتملةُ ويقيّم مشاركة الشركةَ في المناقصاتِ.
10. يوجه مبيعات الشركة لتحقيق أعلى توزيع وترويج للمُنتَجات والحفاظ على مستوى مثالي للمخزون.
11. يوجه كل الوظائف التسويقية لضمان تحقيق أهداف وإستراتيجيات الشركةَ.
