• Reporting directly to the MD, responsible for providing the vision, leadership and advocacy for the development and use of information systems and technology. Specifically, responsible for the overall strategy and policy administration for IT, Communications, Infrastructure, Application/Software Development, information resources and IT Service Desk.
• Deliver competitive advantage to the company by supporting the business processes, from quotation to claims.
• Direct all IT projects, using permanent staff, contractors and service providers.
• Development and implementation of IT plans, goals and objectives, policies and procedures, annual budget.
• Installing, Maintaining and Administering Servers, both physical and virtual.
• Managing Domain Controllers with Active Directory Services, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS.
• Maintaining and Administering Mail Servers.
• Performing Backup/Restore operations using backup software.
• Installing and Maintaining centralized AntiVirus solution for Clients & Servers.
• Managing and Maintaining Network Infrastructure, including Switches, Firewalls, Wireless APs, Wireless Controllers and network management software.
