On Occasional Contracting bases, I have:
- Translated over 50, 000 words of documents including press releases, emails to members and website content.
- Provided Avaaz with political and cultural feedback on campaigns
- Design water and environmental treatment solutions.
- Supervise the daily activities of the company's office and showroom in Baghdad, Iraq.
-Supervise work flow in the regional office in Amman.
-Supervise selection and implementation of IT solutions.
- Represent the company before foreign partners, communicate with them regularly, and attend international conferences in the Middle East and China.
- Met with clients and conducted site visits to promote the use of Doka's prefabricated formworks in concrete pouring.
-Supported design engineers to find the best technical solutions.
- Negotiated contracting terms with multiple clients
On Occasional Contracting bases, I have:
- Drafted itineraries and handled logistics of trips and meetings around the region
- Established connections between donors and micro-projects
- Provided political and cultural consulting for international guests.
- Arranged meetings with top-level political and social leaders in the region, then moderated the dialogue throughout the meetings.
- Provided interpretation when needed.
-Worked with a design team to analyze the status of the water and sewage treatment plants and pipes network in multiple cities in Iraq leading to designing a full scale network and treatment system.
On Contract Base, I have:
- Worked as a Camera Operator, Translator, Cultural and Political Consultant.
- Contributed to a series of documentaries about Iraq, including the award winning documentary “A War in Words: An Iraqi Family Diary” about my family's work for political and social change in Iraq.
- Collaborated with other Iraqi organizations and individuals on public mobilization and outreach projects.
- Worked on aiding local organizations in capacity building and in improving their campaigns.
- translated and managed campaign content in Arabic
September 2000 - June 2005 5 Al-Mustansiriyah University, Baghdad-Iraq Environment Engineering College -Transferred credit to Mutah University. -Completed Internship program in waste water treatment. -Passed the Jordanian Universities Engineering Competency Test.
