- Organizing and participate in the monthly Orientation session ensuring that the information provided to new employees is updated as required in accordance with IMC policy.

- Analyses the leaving reasons in accordance with the Exit Interviews sheets and report it to the Corporate Management, with recommendations and suggestions.
- Process Inter-Departmental transfer of NGHA staff within hospital and NGHA medical facilities Kingdom-wide.
- Reviews all contract termination procedures to ensure conformity with hospital/ Saudi Labor Law regulations.
- Coordinates with the Government Relations Department in the preparation of new employee’s passport for Iqama.
- Issues all employees letters which are requested by outside organizations and Government Authorities.
- Prepares all new starters official documents.
- Processes all personnel actions pertaining to all employees such as appraisal evaluation, resignations, terminations, transfer and re-contracting.
- Developing strategic business plans and IPP’s (internal policies and procedures) for the HR Division. A people’s manger team player with proactive attitude towards staff
