RESPONSIBILITIES
prepare tender and contract documents
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Arranging travel, meetings and appointments undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
working to keep the project within the budget preparing estimates for all kinds of buildings, including houses
Visit building sites to monitor progress.
Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
Responsible for health and safety
consult with other professionals about design produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
I use AUTOCAD civil and 3dsmax design for drawing and 3d modeling and AUTOCAD electrical for electrical wiring

a. Electrical wiring design in electrical AutoCAD
b. Design for illumination of different area and lux
calculation.
c. cable size calculation cable scheduling & its route
selection, overhead or under ground
d. supervise the electricians in handling all the electrical
works
e. Daily & Weekly work Progress Report Preparation
f. Communicating with clients and contractors
