1. Maintenance of existing facilities and handling ongoing MEP projects.

10. Making meetings among the subcontractor pursuing for efficiency and giving them instructions about the company quality policy to achieve the required standard
11. Thoroughly checking the subcontractor work assuring that the work is according to the specifications
12.Defining the method of work execution and step by step procedure to achieve the target
1.Instructing, supervising and leading technical team for successful installation testing and commissioning of different types of mechanical equipment and pipes such as chiller, pumps chilled water pipes, condensed water connection and secondary pump connections to the main header of district cooling system.
2. Installation of infrastructure networks such as chilled water, water supply, sewage, drainage, firefighting and irrigation simultaneously
3.Hydro testing systems, coordinating with consultant, preparing inspection request (IR) and getting approval.
4.Coordinating with civil engineers for proceeding work without any clashes with other services
5.Following the quality control procedure of company for installation and keeping proper record of the documents processed.
6.Preparing method statement for starting new works or installing critical equipment or installation in complicated areas.
7.Writing Letter, producing all other technical documents and responding to RFI’s, SCR as per the project specifications.

2. Troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of HVAC equipment systems such as Chillers, package AC units etc.
3. Dealing with different suppliers, Selecting supplier and ordering the required material
4. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
5. Establish maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition
6. Checking the job, making estimation, bill of quantities and making quotation
7. Making inquiries and dealing with invoices and annual maintenance contract documents
8. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
Prepare preventive maintenance plans and schedules of machines and implements them after getting approval from G.M (Technical).
• Control the inventory levels of spare parts.
• Check / inspect the newly procured parts.
• Plan the shut downs of machines for maintenance work.
• Study and analyze the maintenance reports regularly and point out important matters to G.M (Technical).
• Manage and supervise the work during troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Help in the activities of project engineering.
• Make correspondence with the companies (personnel) regarding the parts development and repair works.
• Train and guide the maintenance staff regarding their work.
• Give suggestions for research and developments to technical committee.
• Take positive measures for smooth operation of all machines.
