A professional level specialist in the PMO department, a consultative unit that reports to the CEO and governs the execution of the business strategy in the most effective
way to deliver organisational breakthroughs by using the appropriate Performance
Management, Portfolio Management and Project Management knowledge, skills,
tools and techniques


Responsibilities:
• Ensure that knowledge and practices related to Performance, Portfolio and
Project Management are embedded within the Corporate culture of the organisation
• Ensure the implementation of the Performance, Portfolio and Project
Management Frameworks in the organisation
• Support all related areas to ensure the appropriate utilisation of the
Performance, Portfolio and Project Management Frameworks
• Continuous improvement of the Performance, Portfolio and Project
Management Frameworks based on best practices


Performance Management:
• Measures the impact of strategy execution at the Corporate level to ensure
optimal value for the organisation
• Identify and develop objectives and key performance indicators for all the strategic objectives of the organization, link all the projects in the organization to objectives, and submit periodic performance reports to the Executive Team and Board of Directors
• Raise awareness of Performance Management within the organisation
• Ensure the linkage of project performance to Corporate performance
• Constant availability of up to date information on 'what's going on' at a
Corporate objective level with clear accountability
• Communicate project performance to drive awareness and involvement
internally

Portfolio Management:
• Ensures that the right portfolio of projects are being selected to meet
Tamkeen's Strategic Objectives
• Identify and develop a Framework of Portfolio Management methodologies,
policies, templates, systems and procedures in accordance with best
practices and standards
• Raise awareness of Portfolio Management within the organisation
• Ensure the linkage of portfolio performance to Corporate performance


• Constant availability of up to date information on 'what's going on' at a
Corporate objective level with clear accountability
• Communicate portfolio performance to drive awareness and involvement
internally


Project Management:
• Identify and develop a Framework of Project Management methodologies,
policies, templates, systems and procedures in accordance with best
practices and standards
• Governs end to end engagements and ensures that the selected projects are in compliance with the customised Project Management Framework
developed
• Promote and raise awareness of Project Management within the organisation
• Develop competency of personnel, including training
• Provide mentoring for project managers

Responsibilities (80% Project Management):
 Writing and Issuing RFPs based on the Clients requirements.

to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.
