• Raise awareness of Performance Management within the organisation
• Ensure the linkage of project performance to Corporate performance
• Constant availability of up to date information on 'what's going on' at a
Corporate objective level with clear accountability
• Communicate project performance to drive awareness and involvement
internally

Portfolio Management:
• Ensures that the right portfolio of projects are being selected to meet
Tamkeen's Strategic Objectives
• Identify and develop a Framework of Portfolio Management methodologies,
policies, templates, systems and procedures in accordance with best
practices and standards
• Raise awareness of Portfolio Management within the organisation
• Ensure the linkage of portfolio performance to Corporate performance


• Constant availability of up to date information on 'what's going on' at a

Project Management:
• Identify and develop a Framework of Project Management methodologies,
policies, templates, systems and procedures in accordance with best

• Governs end to end engagements and ensures that the selected projects are in compliance with the customised Project Management Framework
developed

• Develop competency of personnel, including training
• Provide mentoring for project managers
