Technical support engineer with good knowledge to find suitability solutions for
fixing, anchoring(chemical anchors and through bolts), and supporting systems
for (pipes and cable tray), by a Spanish brand (INDEX FIXING SYSTEMS),
good knowledge in :
1-loads calculations software (INDEX Cal) (fischer COMPUFIX ).
2-seismic calculations.
3- 3D drawings by (solidworks).
4- 2D Drawings by (autocad).
Responsibilities
1-Prepares technical submittals, specification write ups, for Engineering
products & follow up with specifiers and influencers to get it included in the
specification documents.
2- provide Technical support for customers through training's and seminars to
consultants, contractors and influencers
3-Coordination & communication with sales forces to ensure sales of specified
engineering products.
4-Rides with sales team to solve contractors’ issues using our engineering
products and assists them in closing sales opportunities of engineering products
through coaching as well as proactively generates new business opportunities.
5-build design solutions that fit prospect needs and requirements.
Sales Engineer for two Spanish brands specialists in fixing systems, anchor
bolts, Hex bolts, screws, Steel Channels, supporting systems in general.

1-searching for new clients
