Production of High frequency welding machine testing and commissioning
- Incoming material inspection according to standards ISO2859, material book and design specs
- Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
- Production line inspection according to IEC standards, and design specs
- Ensuring the production following up all quality instructions
- Ensuring the products are met the design specs and customer requirements
- Preparing for non-conformance reports for unacceptable materials, methods and measurements.
- Suppliers visits to inspect materials in their site and laboratory
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
- Monitoring productivity, capability, effectives and efficiency using predefined quality KPIs, prepare quality plan and apply seven quality tools.
- Interact with customers and attend to their needs.
Testing Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tests for Transformer (TTR, IR, WR, NLL, LL, induce voltage and HIPOT Test
As per IEC-60076).
- Perform temperature rise test as customer require and prototype transformers.
- Report and analysis testing results by statistical methods.
- Prepare a repairing report for failure jobs in routine and in process testing.
- Job responsibilities included Estimation, Testing, Inspection and Commissioning of Panel Boards, Ring Main Unite, Transformers and Control Panels.

- Estimate and design enclosure and bus bars for RUM, MDB, SMDB, DB and MCC (Panel Builder).
- Preparing the voltage drop calculations Electrical Bus bar Risers.
- Testing & commissioning of the LV panels and Bus bars.
- Improving quality by Routine Tests & Inspections of the Bus ways and LV Panels that includes RMU, MDB, SMDB, DB and MCC.
- A Highly knowledgeable about Schneider E MCCB, MCB, ACB, Control relays & Contactors and Protection devices.
-A Highly knowledgeable for Saudi Consolidated Electricity Companies (SEC) Specifications and standards.
- Translate customer enquirers to select require products to provide quotations.
- Preparation of documentations such as submittals, compliance sheets, enquirers, quotations.
-A Highly knowledgeable about ABB equipments and devices MCCB, MCB, ACB, and Control relays, Contactors and Protection devices
- Estimate and design Schneider E Prisma P, G type tested panels by using Rapsoidy Software.
Authorized Agent for Balacchi high frequency machine (Italian Brand), Sales, Marketing and Technical Support in Saudi Arabia and Gulf Countries.
- Execution of the project engineering involving Installation, commissioning & testing of electrical equipment such as: UPS, Battery charger, Lighting devices, Motor pumps and dispenser.
- Install, Check and Test the Protection system include Earth leakage, Earth fault, and Different types of circuit breakers.
- Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.
- Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.
- Reviewing and reporting of the project status.
