• Established Online Trading business stream and overlook business development of all digital channels.
• Managed more than $20 Millions of Asset under management through Online Trading Channels achieving trading turnover of USD $75 Millions in the first year of operations.
• Introduced IPO platform to manage one of the major family-owned companies private offering and listing in Boursa Kuwait with 10 times coverage of initial offer raising more than $320 Million.

• Leading enterprise-wide information systems convergence and digital transformation to drive both distributed and centralized business technology operations to achieve process efficiency, Cost Effectiveness, and Revenue Stream Optimization. - Participated as project manager in the implementation of USD 2M e-brokerage business unit (online trading platform) in Q4 2004;
- Managed the trade online after soft launch in March 2005 with single market (KSE) online trading channel; and continued developing the business unit to become the second major multi-market online trading provider in Kuwait;
- Currently Managing operations on day-to-day basis with an average daily turnover of 25M USD;
- Oversees portfolio of 4, 000 customers with USD 81M total of customer accounts Net worth;
- Ensured steady revenues and control expenses over the past 4 years of operations to successfully started to achieve net operational profit in the 3rd year;
- Managed to over achieve budgeted net profit for 2008 by 10% despite the financial crises;
- Ensured delivery of superior customer service and satisfaction, culminating in all-time high customer-satisfaction;
- Oversees business development and expanding online business including cross selling of collateralized loans (total collateralized loans portfolio worth of USD 10M)
- Managing relationship with local and international brokers as well as business partners in which we provide e-brokerage white labeling services to maintain high quality of delivery;
- Liaise with major market data feed providers (exchanges, Reuters, Bloomberg) as source of stock quotations for prices, market researches and analysis, news, and corporate actions;
- Managing e-brokerage application project phases, liaising with primary consultants in developing new business requirement, implementation, completing application development QA cycle, and deployment of new services;
- Leading a team of 10 trade online staff (1 Senior Manager, Corporate Customers Relations, 1 Manager Retail Customers Relations, 4 front desk Customer Relations Officers, 2 Sales executives, 2 Back office operations staff)

• Managed the Internet Banking, Telebanking, WAP, and SMS functions of operations
• Technical Project Manager to work in tandem with during implementation of e-banking platform
• Directed and facilitated the Oracle HR/Payroll Project by allying with vendor technical and functional consultants; also supervised the transition of the SWIFT X.25 to the SWIFTNet Migration Project
• Piloted support for the merger of various back-end systems (retail, cards, customer authentication system) into electronic delivery channels applications (Telebanking/IVR)
