Key Responsibilities:
• Provide the Minister with political oversight and high quality independent advice on policy proposals and submissions in line with the government's objective.
• Provide strategic direction and determine policy, program priorities and the utilization of resources to carry out goals and objectives.

• Led and managed, identified and address labor market issues; developed strategies and ministry positions; measured and analyzed emerging and real issues in order to proactively address stakeholder concerns and improve implementation of government initiatives.
• Worked with other ministries to determine best practices in stakeholder engagement in order to increase awareness and understanding of government policies and processes related to labor market services.
• Identified, developed and maintained relationships and developed, evaluated, and recommended engagement and partnership strategies for advancing the ministry’s interests related to the labor market.

Highlights:
• Efficiently functioned as key team member, in-charge of the Boston contract of the bank and supervised by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to oversee governance, outline preparation, structure development as well as establishing regulations, policies and best practices, February-March 2015.
• Played a stellar role in ensuring the robustness of the control environment by providing advisory and/or hands-on support and oversight, and driving 2 sided governance initiatives, the first is the financial market and the second Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
• Acknowledged for stand-out contribution in offering advice for the best governance practices in the Bank.
• Enhanced the overall corporate governance environment by developing procedures, systems and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Served as a trusted adviser to the chairman, the board of directors and the commissions regarding the application of governance regulations.
