• Set the strategy and objectives of the long-time requirements of the fork lifts according to the operation strategy.
• Directs Develops the maintenance process, procedure & establish the implementation to ensure the output result meets department Strategy plan.

• Achievements:

• Introduce and implement machines down time analysis to all the production machinery in all plants.
• Reduce the Equipment Downtime percentage from 12.0 % to a 6.0 % in 2016.
• Reduce The Equipment Downtime Percentage from 6.0 % to a 5.4 % in 2017.
• Found and present a solution to the company’s Satellite spare parts store 10 years old problem. Solution was accepted and a time plan was generated to implement the solution in 2017.
• Implement the plant Preventative Maintenance program on a wide scale for the all the running machineries.

- Responsible for making the necessary R&D to develop the plant Offset Printing and Die Cutting capabilities’ to be able to compete in the local Market following the latest technological upgrades and inventions.

Achievements

- Successfully implement operation cost reduction project in 2010 that saved 1.52% of the total operation cost in that year depending on the principle of Continuous improvement.
-Successfully enhanced the plant’s printing average from ‘150, 000’ sheets/day to ‘200, 000’ sheets/day.
-Nominated for business visits to Mead Westva Company Plant in Chateauroux, France and IBERICA AG Company in Barcelona, Spain
- Establish and implement the plant Preventative maintenance program.
- Lead the team for the installation of the second Sheeting Machine.
-In 2010 I succeeded in reducing plant waste from 7.0% in 2009 to 4.5 %, which made a saving of 2.5%..
- Made the Operational and Industrial improvement plan in 2010 that was approved by the owner and planned to finish by 2016 and is being carried out by the company now.
