 Supervising administrative support workers, such as office clerks and secretaries, and coordinate administrative support activities.
 Conducting standard clerical tasks, including answering telephones, distributing mail, sending out mail, directing phone calls, typing and dictating.
 Organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
 Organizing the requirements of the Editor Chief-General Manager's office.
