- Floating RFx’s (RFI, RFP, RFB, RFQ) and Tender documents Scope of Work, BoQ, Technical Specifications, Drawings and Contracts Terms and Conditions as per company policies, back-to-back terms and conditions and KPI’s.
- Managing material and systems technical submittal operations for consultant’s approval.

BurJuman Expansion:
- Delivered a full turnkey project for Building Security Systems comprised of CCTV, Access Control and Monitoring System, Guard Watch tour System, Video Badging System. Car Park Management System, People Counting, System Security Voice Communication System, BMS and Lighting Management System.
- Lead and supervised site on the various site works.
- Monitored Subcontractors progress and handover.
- Prepared and modified Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
