Maintain standardized recipes and other records related to HACCP.
Supervises administration of food safety throughout the operation, from Receiving, Sanitation and Production until Consumption.
Develop and monitor the HACCP program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
Submit product samples for microbiological testing, evaluates the results of this testing and communicate the appropriate corrective action to Director of Operations and Area Managers.
Document and report the results of investigation of problems and complaints to the Director of Operations as appropriate.
Audit and monitor quality of in-process food production batches such as temperatures, consistencies, counts, weights, compliance with food quality control and sanitation standards and procedures.
Provide Food Safety training for staff as needed or requested.

Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
Monitors, assists and performs all procedures and protocols for maintaining an excellent sanitation and hygienic environment.
