General Manager & COOManager

To whom It May Concern, I have known Mr. Khaled for over 4 years now since we have met for the very first time. While I was working for OREIDCO as the Executive Vice President in charge of Retail Development where I was in charge of three divisions; an entertainment, food services and fashion retail. I recruited Mr. Khaled to run the "Food Services" Division. I was very impressed with his personal confidence, positive attitude and by his intellectual and articulate presentation. I have never regretted choosing him among the many candidates I have interviewed as the right candidate to prepare, plan and to run that operation thereafter. Over the nest 18 months from the hiring date, we worked jointly on developing the division business plans. Mr. Khaled worked diligently to cover all aspects of developing detailed business and operational plans covering all aspects to start the division. We did have our ups and downs along the way where many difference of opinions surfaced and disagreements emerged but some way and some how, we always managed to find the right balance to arrive at an acceptable solution(s). Thereafter, when the owners abandoned the project, Mr. Khaled was assigned to the Entertainment Division as the Operations Director. Over the time, I found him to be always looking for new challenges to tackle, never afraid to try new concepts, open to learn new things yet being a formidable in his challenges to whomever he works for. Having said that, Khaled can be difficult to handle at times where he gets a bit impatient and can become irritaed rather fast. Some times he rushes into pre assumed conclusions based on personal assessment rather than giving others the benefit of the doubt. In my judgment, Khlaed needs a strong person to work with. He works best with those who keep challenging him and keeping him engaged. I will be more than happy to discuss my recommendation with any one can be reached @ 00 966 50 481 1754. Regards Raed Basha
